They have no care for the packages they are delivering. Not only did they not follow the delivery instructions but they left my $2000 package by the door where anyone to please can take it couldn't even take the time and walk up to my door and let me know it was down there. I had to stumble upon it by chance while taking the dog out. When I found the box beaten to hell. Shame on you FedEx shame on you!

This is getting ridiculous! I called FedEx and had them update my delivery instructions since I couldn't do it online myself. These boxes are 50lbs each. And I told FedEx to contact me if they needed help carrying it up because my husband was actually home from work (thank God he was). My package keeps saying it’s out for delivery on the truck and then for no reason goes back to fedex it has done that for five days now
Whoever delivers to the Williston garden apartments needs to be fired. They leave our packages at the wrong building completely or in the breezeway for anyone to take. Contacted them multiple times to correct and they never do. My wife and I order our pets food through chewy because they need special stuff. So sometimes because of fed ex’s negligence they don’t get their food. Also bought them Christmas presents that are missing because of drivers being lazy.
