I have never had so many problems getting a package delivered! They either deliver it to the wrong house or can't find my address! I live in a very small town not hard to find address. Very disappointed!
Package has been in Moses lake for 3 days so far. I live in soap lake. I called and escalated, no change. I opened a ticket on the website. Still has not left or updated. It's a 15 mile drive to my house from the FedEx ground location.
