driver "could not find recipient". Called and updated delivery instructions. They closed the ticket and sent my package back to Walmart. 1st driveway on left after bridge, seems simple.
I am seriously sick of this place and this is the final straw before I go in person to complain. My stepmom ordered a few things recently and some of the items would arrive on time but she had a few late. But I payed good money for something and it was supposed to be delivered today. Driver lies, won't pick up packages, has issues delivering, and complete inconsiderate! We've made multiple complaints and nothing ever gets done!! You can't get a hold of the driver's supervisor because FedEx only wants you to call customer service which does absolutely no good and no one ever contact you back. Worst delivery company!!
Refused to deliver my live animal on Saturday even though it was shipped next day air. It will most likely be dead by Monday
