I have had nothing but terrible experiences with FedEx when packages are shipped from the Littleton, NH location. It's infuriating that they can never find my house, resulting in delays that last for days. After waiting "3 days" for a delivery attempt, they ultimately just send my package to Biddeford, ME, where it arrives without any issue. The ground drivers out of this hub are terrible. Leave package in the side of the road and damage them then lie about the location they are left. Never been so disgusted with poor customer service and wouldn’t use them if I had shipping choice.

I never requested to put a hold on my package you could just dropped it off at the gate like every one else does Daniel!!!!!!

I ordered a part that was shipped by the company through FedEx. We have received FedEx packages in the past. UPS was here yesterday. The package has been at the Littleton, NH FedEx facility for four days now. Shipment has been delayed 3 days due to weather when only the first day did we have snow, and now they are saying they can’t locate us. Made 3 calls before I was connected to a live person who could barely speak English. I have no confidence my part will be delivered anytime soon.
