I was in a car accident Monday July 28th fed ex employees found my dog that ran from the scene and returned him back so he could get medical attention my dog is also a service dog I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart not all hero’s wear capes some wear fed ex uniforms ❤️

Driver bever showed up with my package. Comany claimed i changed my delivery date which I did not do. Now I have to wait and probably get fired they hung up on me they all told me different things they lie

You repackaged what I had ordered and you shipped something that wasn’t mine. I’m missing $250 of clothing but I got three water filters for a GE refrigerator that I don’t own.

I have a driver who will not stop backing up my long, curvy and hilly driveway. I have animals in my yard and area by my house. It is dangerous for him to be backing up. He has also run off the driveway, knocking off tree linbs nunerous times, backing up and as fast as he does. When I asked him to please drive straight up, turn around (more than enough room) and drive down, he told me "I work by the hour, it's faster to backup." My packages were delivered to an incorrect address, resulting in a loss exceeding $300. Despite my initial contact with FedEx, their response was dismissive. This has led me to consider the possibility that the driver may have stolen my packages or that an employee was involved in the theft.
