The absolute worst delivery service I've experienced in my entire life. The call center is a joke. They messed up address, delivery instructions, dates for delivery, and everything in between. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. Never use fedex for anything 💯
This place is the worst. Either they leave a package in the snow at the end of my driveway or, like this time, don't deliver. Currently they have packages for three days and it says on the tracking that "customer requested future delivery" when I never did. Now today its saying that they tried to deliver but no one was home. I can't believe there are people that want to get rid of the post office and have these incompetent boobs deliver the mail.
I order regularly through a website that uses FedEx. I had to find alternatives because IF FedEx bothers to deliver its damaged. 9/10 they lie and mark it as delivered but they bring it back to the warehouse. This means according to the seller it's still "out for delivery" but my tracking number claims it's delivered. The only customer service line publicly available is automated in its entirety. Absolutely horrible service.
I don’t know what’s wrong with you people but I have lost business cuz you people can’t deliver my package when it’s supposed to be delivered two days ago . This is the second time my package has been delayed since it got to your facility. This is a federal offense not delivering someone’s mail do I need to find a lawyer an go after you people for a service you can’t do
