Most deliveries are OK. Today's wasn't. Very heavy cumbersome box left at the bottom of the porch stairs in the snow. Note to Amazon said "delivered, left at side door. Baloney. Left at the bottom of the stairs in the snow. The only choice I had was to open the box outside and empty it. Amazon doesn't give a cr_p, "it was shipped by a third party supplier". Third party supplier in China doesn't give a hoot. Obviously FedEx doesn't care, they're losing Amazon's business to Amazon's in house delivery. Everybody is so sorry, bu... read more
The driver that has our route out in patten is not generally dependable nor gentle with any of our orders . They have been thrown, placed in mud puddles and snow. They almost always come damaged. I agree with another reviewer when they said I wish you could opt out of fed ex when ordering at this point.
