The drivers are great but the logistics are garbage. Be prepared for a circular robo nightmare & never getting to talk to a human to resolve any problems.
Not fulfilling scheduled pick ups
What is going on with FedEx!?! Last week I received my order from Home Depot and the box was so damaged that it was literally wrapped completely with packaging tape... Liiike ~ THE ENTIRE BOX! I thought it was because Home Depot put too much in the box... but today I got another package from Walmart, and the box was crushed! The top was so caved in that the box wasn't even sealed, and the sides weren't even sides anymore. I have video and pictures of this complete & utter rediculousness! This is unacceptable, FedEx!! FedEx sucks. They always deliver to the wrong address. I wish fedex wasn’t an option for delivery.here in Evanston. We get deliveries at least once a week. Always delived to wrong address. We are the only springbrook in town
