Terrible reliability and awful customer service! Ordered a grill from Home Depot and have not received. Called FedEx customer support three different times and basically received no assistance

Can not find the local number
They delivered electronics to the wrong address in sub freezing temperatures. Left it there for approximately 24 hours during which we were on the phone trying to fix the problem for 3 1/2 hours. They picked up the now damaged item and tried to deliver it. We refused the damaged item and they denied the claim because the product manufacturer didn’t require a signature. I suppose delivering it to the wrong address…. Not even the right street…. Does not warrant responsibility on their part. These people are completely incompet... read more
