Great customer service.
Never use the postal service or UPS again.
Ordered a microwave from Walmart to be delivered. Instead of delivering to my house the FedEx delivery person delivered the microwave, upside down, to a community box at the front of the housing edition. A sign on the box stating do not deliver packages to my address to this box. I am unable to get FedEx to deliver to my house approximately 150 yards from that box. Worthless.
Terrible reliability and awful customer service! Ordered a grill from Home Depot and have not received. Called FedEx customer support three different times and basically received no assistance
