I had an order from Chewy and the Saturday driver left everything by my basement door. They had to go around the horse trailer to drop all the packages. They know it delivers to the FRONT DOOR. The driver was just being lazy. They don't even deserve one star
Packages coming from the Brookfield, MO DC are never on time. Anytime I order something online and see the seller used FedEX I just know my package will be 2-3 days late from expected delivery. EVERY TIME! Junk company! Absolutely useless!
