Packages coming from the Brookfield, MO DC are never on time. Anytime I order something online and see the seller used FedEX I just know my package will be 2-3 days late from expected delivery. EVERY TIME! Junk company! Absolutely useless!
Delivery was scheduled for Monday 3/30/25 made arrangements for pickup. Item arrived at distribution center 3/28/25. No it's delayed and i have no to receive it
Failure to deliver my package on time or even at all. Tried calling customer support but got run in circles with promises to have it fixed by the next day and have a priority delivery which was a lie. I don’t recommend this company or this location. FedEx is a joke and a waste of money and time. And I can’t even speak to an American every time someone from India trying to act American SMH!
