If I could give ZERO stars I would. I get a text that my package will be delivered. They never rang the doorbell and left a now to say they attempted. Now they leave a now and say it's you sign them they will leave the package even if you are not home. Customer service was no help. The next day, I was home again. The car was in the driveway. They took a picture from their van and said they tried to deliver and never even came to the door or attempted to get the signed now. Poor delivery. Deanna Russell of the Marcy facility leaves nasty notes attached to tag slips and instigating notes on packages, also threw said package. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend as they clearly do not care who they hire.

If your driver's name is Deanna good luck, every package I get she is nasty over a man. Wrote nasty messages on my boxes, left a dirty letter on my door not to mention she opened it to place it. FedEx DO BETTER!

drivers are too lazy to deliver packages to tenants doors causing theft and now credit card fraud. Guess i’ll be going after fedex for damages as you had access to the building. Thanks Fedex
