I just had a driver do a fake attempt at delivering!! This happens all the time! The driver does not ring the bell, does not call. I even left a sign on the building door saying I am home, and this driver places the tags on the glass while cutting of the sign with directions so it doesn’t show up on the picture. This is a constant issue. I don’t know how this Yonkers distribution and other regional centers get away with this. I will start reporting this to the BBB. This is absurd

No shows, come when they feel like, leave packages at the side walk. On 12/28/24 approx 8:30am driver walked up to my door but changed his mind and did not ring my doorbell to let us know delivery arrived. (Unfortunately, I lost the clip of the video). Then he returned to his truck and unloaded all my boxes and left them in the rain by the sidewalk instead of on my covered porch. Pick up scheduled for Friday 1/17/25. Never showed. FedEx told LOVESAC nobody home….lie. Rescheduled pickup for 1/24/25. Here they come for pick up... read more
