We were here ALL DAY, but the driver, JERRY, lied; said he attempted delivery. Had the audacity to show a picture of absolutely NOTHING as proof. Every single time I've ever called customer service, I haven't gotten an American on the phone. Where are these calls coming from, anyway? What's up with FedEx?
