My phone call to FedEx customer service was totally frustrating. I needed to speak to someone in the Ponderay location and the agent didn’t even know what Ponderay was! So, instead of getting help on the phone, I have to go to the depot. And …. this was after trying forever to even get a live agent. Very poor customer service. I live in Sandpoint, ID and the website states there is a drop off here on Church St, however, it doesn’t say it’s only for Express, not Ground. My parcel is prepaid and going Ground. Jennie, delivers between Cranbrook BC and Creston BC. Can not tell you enough good things about this delivery gal! She is very personable, happy each day she delivers or picks up. On the ball always! Do not ever leave this area!!! I sure hope Fed Ex recognizes how hard working she is!
Devyne was very helpful! I made an error with my delivery address, she called to let me know they weren't able to deliver and to correct the address. She offered for pickup instead so I can give my christmas gift on time. Amazing customer service!! Thank you for going above and beyond!
They have issues with their map system, all the addresses are messed up for my neighborhood. There not able to fix it so i have to use a different address to get stuff sent to my actual address. Customer service is 10/10 though they helped get it figured out quick and easy
