They have issues with their map system, all the addresses are messed up for my neighborhood. There not able to fix it so i have to use a different address to get stuff sent to my actual address. Customer service is 10/10 though they helped get it figured out quick and easy
Friendly and helpful
My package was delivered yesterday.$400 worth of stereo parts . Rather than take 5 minutes to deliver to the house the package was left by the mailbox on the county road. Athird of a mile from the house .if my wife hadn't gone out to go to the store it would have been left out in the rain all night. Or picked up by anyone who happened along the road All the shipping Co. deliver to house including previous fed x drivers. Except this time. I want to know why.
Teacher your drivers to actually drive also teach them not to block a whole parking lot cause they can’t park and the need to stop blocking in other deliveries drive they block me all the time and I have my own job to do get it together
