I can't even describe all of the horror stories from this company delivering to my house the amount of packages just scattered across my yard and pieces and sometimes when I track the truck he just decides he doesn't want to deliver that day and just brings my package all the way back to the warehouse where I have to wait for another few business days for him to show up again because there's different drivers for my route horrifyingly unprofessional and unfortunately that's all that Walmart uses for their delivery so I'm stu... read more

Wow this place is straight nightmare fuel you never know if you're going to actually get your package when it says out for delivery and if you do receive it just expect it to be in pieces or thrown in some random location around your house almost like you have to play hide and seek just to find your package and when you do find it nothing is inside of the box super rude when you call

The worst shipping service I have ever had. The driver was to impatient to wait for my daughter to come out and sign for the package. Then the people who answer the phone told me I couldn't pick up my package until after they tried to deliver it 3 times and wouldn't tell me where the package was. The lady at the hub in Conklin was very sweet to my wife a told her that the package was there and then once my wife said thank you ma'am the lady became very rude and my wife got upset. Terrible company. Shows no care for customers or employees. Every person there talks terribly about their customers. Management is basically a high school clique. If someone in management doesn’t like you, you will get the worst positions until they break you to quit or get mad and they can fire you. They will make something up to do so and HR doesnt look into anything. Very corrupt business.

I have had so much trouble with fed ex delivery. Today delivered . Delivery stated left at bottom of gated driveway. ABSOLUTELY NO GATE on our drive way. You. An clearly see the house from the road. Hardly any snow. I've had them deliver twice to the clearly abandoned house above us. Our house number is prominently displayed on our house. No one should ever contract to have things delivered by these people.
