Hi there, I am having problem with a package that was supposed to be delivered at a PO Box but it looks like FedEx doesn’t deliver a PO Box if someone knows their phone number can they provide it to me or if FedEx sees this can you contact me please? Thank you.

FedEx driver drops the 2 boxes in the melting snow when there is a covered, raised porch literally 2 steps away from where he turned the boxes into soup. Please train your drivers better.

OMG! I just read the other reviews. I am not the only one with stolen packages or items! My package was not delivered even tho says that was delivered . Another package previosly came with 5 items stolen. Package was opened , items stolen and then taped with a different tape ( clear ) . So anything that comes from this location( Gypsum)either does not arrive at all or items stolen.Obviosly there is thief emploee , the phone line takes you nowhere so , I cant even file a complaint or speak with someone. I had a package sent to my PO Box that shipped via FedEx. I received a notification on the delivery date that said there was a problem with the shipment. Just when I was about to call the vendor and try to sort out how to get my package, I get a call from Betsy at FedEx in Gypsum asking for my physical address so that the package could be delivered.
