Bad delivery service. My tracking said out for delivery and it was on the truck. The guy shows up but doesn’t get out of the truck and then leaves with my package. WTH! Sounds like driver was lazy and didn’t want to look for the package on the truck. Lazy!
Drivers attempting to deliver at 5:30 in the morning and then when I call I'm told "oh, no they aren't delivering it shows you put it on a vacation hold". Now why would I order something, and then turn around and put a damn hold on it. I called customer service twice, no help. I wish there was 0 stars. Ridiculous!
Beyond terrible service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Save yourself the trouble and ship with UPS!!!!
3 for 3. Last three deliveries dropped off at wrong address. Two of them went to a different town. REALLY. Can FedEx drivers read?
