Been waiting a week on a package to be delivered,keep getting run around on delivery time..all they can say is will be delivered before 8 pm..5 times Ive told them to deliver after 1 pm..took off work early to be home to sign for it,then 30 minutes later got text saying unable to deliver..was sitting in chair watching for driver..I can see and hear driver coming up drive.no truck came up my drive!So aggravated right now,shipper claims they cant give out fed ex info to local store..guess they get to many complaints so they ke... read more

Hands down you guys are the least dependable shipper ever. In the last 2 weeks I have spent 5 days waiting on fedex that was out for delivery but never shows up. Post office shows up. UPS shows up. You kept my last package on a local truck for 5 days, thoroughly beating it to death. I ordered a replacement and watched your truck stop 100 feet from my house today, turn around, and drive off. I swear, i put clear signage on where to drop off a delivery for my home in Rudy, and your drivers can't even get that right 9/10. Do better!

It would be REALLY nice if drivers would ACTUALLY READ the delivery details. My wife and I were going to be out of town when a delivery was arriving so we chose to have our delivery placed in the garage because the lady that was going to be dog sitting for us wouldn't be able to lift it. Instead, the driver dropped it off on the front porch.
