Very disappointed with FedEx. My item was ordered from China and traveled halfway around the world—through multiple facilities, trucks, and international transportation—only to apparently disappear once it reached Fort Smith, the final destination. FedEx tracking claims the package was delivered on August 24 around 3:00 PM. I have security cameras covering my property, and they clearly show that no FedEx driver came to my house that day and no package was delivered. Been waiting a week on a package to be delivered,keep getting run around on delivery time..all they can say is will be delivered before 8 pm..5 times Ive told them to deliver after 1 pm..took off work early to be home to sign for it,then 30 minutes later got text saying unable to deliver..was sitting in chair watching for driver..I can see and hear driver coming up drive.no truck came up my drive!So aggravated right now,shipper claims they cant give out fed ex info to local store..guess they get to many complaints so they ke... read more
