Hands down you guys are the least dependable shipper ever. In the last 2 weeks I have spent 5 days waiting on fedex that was out for delivery but never shows up. Post office shows up. UPS shows up. You kept my last package on a local truck for 5 days, thoroughly beating it to death. I ordered a replacement and watched your truck stop 100 feet from my house today, turn around, and drive off. I swear, i put clear signage on where to drop off a delivery for my home in Rudy, and your drivers can't even get that right 9/10. Do better!
It would be REALLY nice if drivers would ACTUALLY READ the delivery details. My wife and I were going to be out of town when a delivery was arriving so we chose to have our delivery placed in the garage because the lady that was going to be dog sitting for us wouldn't be able to lift it. Instead, the driver dropped it off on the front porch.
Worst delivery company around. Leave simple intentions to come to front door and they stick at note in my garage. Every single time I have a package delivered from this company it either never shows up and gets sent back or gets delivered to a completely different address. This company has failed at delivery. 0 star for me
