If i could give 0 stars I would. Packages sit in plain city for days without moving. My package which was supposed to be here yesterday still hasnt moved all day. Place has to be ran by the most ignorant people on the planet. They should be shut down thats how pathetic it is
Their service is literally the worst in the business. Tracking is useless. Customer service is even worse. How is this place still in business? Read the rest of the reviews and you'll see what I mean. This is literally the fifth time in a row where they've acted like a business that knows absolutely nothing about shipping. I've learned my lesson. I will no longer purchase products shipped by FedEx.
I have been waiting for my package to be delivered since Wednesday.. then they told me it would be delivered on Thursday but then yesterday (Friday) it showed that it would be delivered between 10:30 am to 2:30pm.. nothing at all.. I have called multiple times and keep being told that’s in the location and not sure why it was not delivered.. The agents have not been much help, I have called sooo many times trying to figure out my package.
