Lied to me that it was going to be delivered over the weekend, then lied to me that delivery wasn’t able to be completed because I was unavailable. I don’t even have a signature requirement for my package. Couldn’t even tell me when it was expected to be delivered yesterday. Dishonest drivers, as soon as I get my package I’ll never use FedEx again.
Shocking how bad this FedEx hub is. Every package that hits this black hole of a facility seems to get delayed. Praying that AI somehow replaces this joke of an establishment.
