Bad delivery service.
Extremely disappointed with FedEx. They lost my package and then seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually helping resolve the issue. Tracking updates were inconsistent, customer service provided conflicting information, and I felt like I was being given excuses instead of honest answers. My package is there and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and I live in AZ I feel like they stole my package.
It is disappointing Everytime I see that a package I'm expecting goes through this facility it is delayed for days even weeks. There is definitely a ongoing logistics issue with this facility. This reflects poor upper management by FedEx for not addressing this issue properly.
