It is disappointing Everytime I see that a package I'm expecting goes through this facility it is delayed for days even weeks. There is definitely a ongoing logistics issue with this facility. This reflects poor upper management by FedEx for not addressing this issue properly.
They hold your packages without you asking them and refuse to deliver or give you an update. FedEx is the biggest POS shipping company there is.
I can’t speak about all of FedEx, but I’ve had a terrible experience mostly because of weather issues. My package was delayed almost a week, and its for a wedding, so the stress level was at a fever pitch. I called no less than 100 times and didn’t get too far until I reached these two amazing people.. Linda Akers-Lewellen, Christina Sanchez. You guys are absolutely amazing! Thank you for retrieving my package and sending it to the correct place.. You guys saved the day!
