They never make it inside my apartment. I don't know if they even try I just have them hold my packages at Walgreens
Terrible location, said my apartment was closed and they couldn't make a delivery, yet they didn't even bother calling my phone number. And the girl on the phone is no help either, just sends you in circles or comes up with bullshit excuses like "we can't attempt to redeliver your package because we are closed today". Why has this place not been shut down yet?
Fedex says they keep having issues delivering to my apartment. Honestly, its just them being absolutely lazy. Customer service is a joke. All I can do is sit and wait for them to continue to fake deliver to my apartment. Thanks for nothing
