Terribly irresponsible FedEx site and package graveyard. As others' experiences, my package had reached this facility where it somehow magically got "damaged," which delayed its delivery. After calling this site, they told me my package was suddenly MISSING from its box. Travelling across the country was fine, but then it somehow "fell out" of its original box? That was over a week ago. I already got a refund from the original company, meanwhile no further update from FedEx about the status of my "damaged" package.

Extremely disappointed with FedEx. They lost my package and then seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually helping resolve the issue. Tracking updates were inconsistent, customer service provided conflicting information, and I felt like I was being given excuses instead of honest answers. After waiting far longer than expected, I still didn't receive a clear explanation of what happened to my shipment.
