We live in Franklin.  We will be requesting all companies/individuals with which we trade to avoid shipping FedEx - if that is their only option, we will look elsewhere for those goods.   Yesterday was the fifth time valuable packages have been left on top of our locking mailbox a mile from our home, on a public street. We have repeatedly notified Bryson City of this problem. Twice, the packages disappeared before we could get there.  One of them was irreplaceable. This store is my "go to" resource in its field. This is worst FedEx hub in the eastern US.   They always delay or mostly never deliver packages that go to their location.   Manager is rude and really does not care if you receive your packages that go or not.   This is not the first time they have lost my packages.    These people need to be FIRED.    The worst service.    Good luck with getting your packages from this location in Bryson City NC

I had package delivered on 6/19/2025 instructions was to leave on steps ,I came home from work with my door standing open ,package was taken inside my house ,left my front door open I had lil dog inside ,air conditioning running full blast ,rained inside on carpet,he had no right coming into my residence,I felt really uneased knowing some strange man / woman being inside with out my permission,

I get "out for delivery" messages from FedeX that my package is on the truck and the driver Ronald is on his way. The package never gets delivered that day or days after that. Horrible consistency and customer commitment.

Moselle Ms FedEx hub is the absolute worst getting it done,  they have brought in foreigners to deliver in perkinston/stone county and they aren’t delivering packages FedEx sucks

I ordered something that came in 2 packages. I don't understand how 1 package can get delivered without a issue the other package the delivery driver claims they couldn't find my address. I called gave specific instructions and the driver was supposed to call when near ( never 1 call) stops in front of my house( the numbers are on the mailbox and house) drives down the road stops again goes around the block stops at another house each time never leaving the truck or calling. Fed ex is the bottom of the barrel here in terre haute. We have a terrible driver near meadows center thar will not put our packages at the correct door( we asked over a dozen times, they say they won't do it because " they don't want or have to do it", really? We are paying for the delivery to that door, if your not going to deliver it to where we want it, we need our money back, they say they are not fed ex employees, they are subcontractors and don't care about what fed ex corporate says when we call them and they tell us... read more
