This facility has the absolute worst service I've ever seen. On May 5, 2025, their driver delivered a Tascam 32-2 reel to reel tape deck. That deck weighs 45 lbs. Instead of putting the box on a handtruck (dolly) this clown puts it on his shoulder, and when he gets to my door, he throws it onto the floor in front of my door. For some unknown reason, workers from this facility have a strong aversion to using dollys.
