Delivery originally showed 3 days from Texas to New Mexico. MY package sat for 3 days in Midland TX. Then finally hits my local DC and showed out for delivery. By 4:00 it had changed to the next day. That day it shows "barcode unreadable reprint label" and won't be here until next week. The absolute worst shipping experience ive ever had. Don't use fed ex!!!
My experience over the years is that delivery to my home in Durango is terrible with FedEx and excellent with others , such as UPS. Today the delivery did not come to my address as requested. I know where it is but am not going to get it. Instead Walmart will give me a refund and I will order it again and ask that they not use FedEx. It weighs 41lbs. What is the number to dispatch! No communication whatsoever! Even when it's requested!
Not sure if it's Fedex ground but the Driver is Marie...I have had her drop of many packages at my door in Bloomfield and she is So Friendly very nice to talk with Always has a Smile!! Amazing Service..Thankyou for being Awesome!! ☺️
