3 packages my family ordered in the last few weeks have been stuck in the Blauvelt, NY Fed Ex facility for over a week with zero updates. Fed Ex sucks, something shady is happening at this facility. Dont use FedEx if you can avoid it.
3 different deliveries from them. Mind you. The only 3 times I've used them because I had no choice in shipper. One they said they attempted delivery while I'm watching the tracking updates and no one was here. Impossible. We have at least a dozen people here at any given time. Can only assume they didn't even make the attempt. Second time. Literally watched the delivery window time change the exact min of the end of their time window. Driver arrive 3hrs later. Then today.
