If I could give them zero stars I would. The boy who was supposed to collect my signature and deliver a very time sensitive item (that is already 2 days late after paying premium rates) just took a picture and reported me not home. I have been sitting less than 3 feet from my door for the last 4 hours listening for the door so I am fully confident there was no attempt to see whether I was home. One of your drivers left our package at a random door on the bottom floor (we live on the 3rd floor), but never said where they left it. They just marked the package as delivered, and put it in front of some random door at our apartment complex. And then they took a photo of another random door, which didn't even have our package in front of it. As of writing this, my package has been sitting here for 3 days Will it even get delivered? Who knows? Update: It's a whole 7 days after it was supposed to be delivered. They had said the address was wrong (which it was, I'll give them that), called them twice about it and it was fixed, and then they still did not deliver and sent it back to the shipper LOL Tbh, I really don't think they even once attempted to deliver it and just straight up lied about it Absolute joke of a company
