Poor delivery.they changed delivery day by tomorrow because of customer not available. We stayed at home all day.
I have been right by my door all morning waiting for a delivery I'd need to sign for, one eye on the tracking page with the map showing the driver's location. The guy isn't even in my neighborhood when I get an update saying the driver tried to deliver my package and I wasn't available. The driver just flat out lied. That is a terrible habit to be in. Shame on you. I've seen other reviews with the same complaint, so shame on management, too, for allowing this kind of behavior from the drivers.
I ordered shoes from nike and tracking told me suppose to come on Monday June 9 and than this company changed there mind and said it will arrive June 10 in the morning . Still waiting for my package and it’s almost 8pm in Utah. They provide very poor service. My delivery is only a town over and still hasn’t delivered my package.
I am a business owner and I HATE using Fedex. We want to speak with real people, not a computer that keeps hanging up on us, even if we do what they ask
Misleading Tracking & Poor Delivery Experience FedEx completely dropped the ball with my recent delivery. The tracking page clearly showed the package was out for delivery on Saturday, and the status even updated to a delivery exception saying “Customer not available,” even though no signature was required and we were home all day.
