The absolute worst place. I truly do not understand how every time I order a package from a company that uses fedex my package ends up placed on the wrong truck and is not delivered to my home. I always have to spend hours on the phone with customer service to find out where my delivery is, and it’s always the same thing “it was accidentally placed on the wrong route; but don’t worry, we’ll fix it & you’ll have it tomorrow!” Doesn’t tomorrow come and it’s the same mistakes. It's pathetic that FedEx relies on the customer or a "good Samaritan" to ensure packages get to their intended place. If the driver incorrectly delivers a package to a wrong address it should be either his responsibility to go back and fix the mistake or FedEx should send an associate to address the issue. You better wake up and realize that there are better delivery services out there and if I had a choice FedEx would never have one of my packages.
