App is horrible and the customer service is despicable. 2 weeks to get a package that supposed to take 2 days. They lied to me constantly every day for a week.

They take it upon theirselves to put in a request to hold package a minute after it arrives at their hub in the early morning. Also say they attempted delivery, which is a lie. Not sure what is going on, usually they do a good job with deliveries.

The delivery driver is leaving some of my package at my neighbor's house. I have never asked them to do this. I have been told by my neighbor that its not just me its happening to other people on my street. Fedex ground leave them at the one house at the end of the street. Fortunately this neighbor is good honest people and are retired so they're home most of the time but they have not asked for this. So is the driver lazy or thinks that it a more secure location? Who knows? The problem is no one knows where there package is... read more

Everytime I have a package go throw here. I never gets delivered the day it leaves. Out for delivery at 5 am and it now 930pm. Never get here when its supposed to be delivered.
