This is the worst experience I ever had.They were supposed to ship me 4 tires.The driver only gave me 3.The other tire was sitting up there for the last 2 days.They made no attempt to send it to me.They completely screwed me.Customer service is horrible.Your guys's service is horrible
Good job guys. Leave an electronic device outside CLEARLY MARKED as such, never knock on the door, and just leave it in the grass for someone to steal. Pathetic
The absolute worst place. I truly do not understand how every time I order a package from a company that uses fedex my package ends up placed on the wrong truck and is not delivered to my home. I always have to spend hours on the phone with customer service to find out where my delivery is, and it’s always the same thing “it was accidentally placed on the wrong route; but don’t worry, we’ll fix it & you’ll have it tomorrow!” Doesn’t tomorrow come and it’s the same mistakes.
