Would be zero stars if it would let me. My packages were to be delivered Saturday but the driver decided since one side of the road was closed that he didn't want to deliver it so he marked my residential as being closed. I called later saturday to find out what was going on and the rep said it would be delivered Monday the next business day but that she would put in a support ticket. Ok, fine. Waited all day for a package that was absolutely on the truck, I could see it on the shipping, first it was scheduled to be here between 10:00 and 2:00, then they say by the end of the day..... Of course a FedEx truck never even came up my lane and now it's going to snow tomorrow so I won't see this till Tuesday and that's a Trash Company! I've had problems with drivers, things being left in the yard, on top of a mailbox that wasn't mine, you name it... I have a package being delivered today and now your messing up my Christmas present. And little we tried to deliver your package. Bullshit if you tried to deliver it you could have left it at my mailbox like the rest of my packages.
