Would give 0 stars if I could. Fedex just simply sucks. You can never talk to a real person the only number listed is a 1-800 number that gives an automated answer then when it thinks you are done it says goodbye and hangs up. I have a package that was supposedly attempted to be delivered 2 days ago and says was refused by sender but wasn't it never got to my house and now can't get a hold of anybody to find out where my package is.

My granddaughters who was visiting poodle nipped the FedEx driver and now he is afraid to deliver to my house even though they know that she isn't allowed to bring the dog to visit now. FedEx used to have good delivery people that is a thing of the past.

Had refrigerated medicine shipped showed in Bridgeport and out for delivery 30 days later still never received called pharmacy so they reshipped same meds shows in Bridgeport to be delivered today then they rescheduled for next day as hot as it's been meds won't be any good worst shipping company ever always had problems with FedEx more like fedup

I'm fed up with fedex. Delivery service use to not be so bad. Your lucky to get a package on time and if you do get a package then it's ruined. I'm suppose to get a package today but now they are already closed and the package still isn't here. What is up with you fedex?!?!

They’re horrible at providing their services. Had a package coming from a state 6 hours away from me and 10 days and 5 out for delivery notifications later it’s just sitting at the depot after returning to the hub every day for 5 days. I’ve never seen this level of incompetence in my life. Don’t worry though, calling them will not provide you any help as they literally just read the tracking information back to you that you’ve already read. What a joke.
