Weather delay and it didn't start snowing until after midnight on my date to be delivered and has been delayed twice after that. Guess I'll pick it up my damn self
It has been since 12/17/25 which was the last possible day it could be delivered I'm waiting on 5 packages 1 was a birthday present that wasn't delivered it was supposed to be on the 12th 1 is my wife's Christmas present that won't be here and the rest is stuff for are Christmas party that won't be here and the fed ex in bridgeport lies to me over and over saying a boss would deliver but it never left the terminal.the regular driver put restrictions on our delivery ranging from slick roads,to road is closed for holiday gathe... read more
First they charge ungodly amounts to overnight packages and then can't guarantee delivery of said package overnight. Then when you drive to the place that your package is at you are greeted by 10ft chain fence around the place with no way to talk to anyone there. Very poor business and business practices!
I’ve been expecting a package since Monday dec 14th and for 4 days it’s said it’s out for a delivery and every single day it ends up back in Bridgeport. Now I get an update that it’s been returned BACK to Bridgeport due to extreme weather conditions. IT’S SUNNY OUT AND THERE’S NO SNOW!! Not a single flake of snow in 6 days, it’s all melted! You can’t even call the direct number for Bridgeport to figure out why it’s not being delivered, but customer service and they just tell me the exact same thing that I see on my tracking ... read more
