Absolutely terrible been getting messages that my package is on the way 5 days later still not here use UPS
The driver(s) regularly lie in their reporting system and state that they attempted to deliver but (customer wasn’t available) or ( location not suitable for delivery) when they never tried to deliver at all. Today I was standing in my driveway when I received the notification stating (customer not available). Never happens with UPS or USPS.
Past 13 days I’ve had 3 packages delivered to the same wrong address 5 miles away from my address.
We were expecting a bed Wednesday of this week, suddenly the date changed to Thursday, we were a little curious why. So Thursday rolls around, we get home, see Fedex driver stops at top of road, she stays in truck for like 10 minutes, then just drives off. Now, we were expecting a bed for our daughters, and we already got the mattress. I tried calling to get her to turn around but I couldn't get ahold of anyone at local Fedex like anyone else here.
