Absolutely terrible been getting messages that my package is on the way 5 days later still not here use UPS
The driver(s) regularly lie in their reporting system and state that they attempted to deliver but (customer wasn’t available) or ( location not suitable for delivery) when they never tried to deliver at all. Today I was standing in my driveway when I received the notification stating (customer not available). Never happens with UPS or USPS.
Past 13 days I’ve had 3 packages delivered to the same wrong address 5 miles away from my address.
