Worthless, package came from Carlsbad to Hobbs. Jose delivered my package to the wrong address on Saturday package was suppose to be delivered on weekday only. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone and when I finally did it was pointless 800 number opened a claim and and then closed the claim claiming it was the correct address but the picture isn’t my house. I called back was told they were going to re open claim and call me back yesterday..still waiting
I am disappointed that there is no option available to select zero stars. So I guess to be in compliance I will hit one star reluctantly. Terrible customer service. It is so difficult to get someone on the line and when they do come to the phone they are so unprofessional and impolite it makes you regret talking to them. So I will make it no secret that my true review is zero stars, even though I am not allowed the option.
