Apparently, they delivered the package to the wrong address over a week ago, but I got a call from them 4 days after the fact, asking about the address. When it STILL didnt show up after that was alledgedly cleared up, i had to call back AGAIN. They directed me to corporate, who had even less information than they did! Its not every day that a private sector delivery service makes the Post Office look competent, but here we are! $300 lost in the void with nothing to show for it but a voice mail and a headache.

Is this how you teach your driver how to deliver their packages? Leave them out front! Not even on the front porch. Just left it on the front sidewalk.

Worthless, package came from Carlsbad to Hobbs. Jose delivered my package to the wrong address on Saturday package was suppose to be delivered on weekday only. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone and when I finally did it was pointless 800 number opened a claim and and then closed the claim claiming it was the correct address but the picture isn’t my house. I called back was told they were going to re open claim and call me back yesterday..still waiting
