Daryl needs to be fired. He let a package sit for 3 days because he couldn’t be bothered to scan it as delivered and his boss Norman doesn’t even care. What a joke of a place. DHL OVER FEDEX ANYDAY!
After missing the original delivery day, due to working overtime I wasn’t scheduled for, I called this specific location and spoke to someone who said I could come get the package. When I got there a guy brought it out to me, something said open it, which I did only to realize the actual phone had been taken out the box that was taped in their brown delivery box. Ordered 1/20/26. Not received as of 2/4/26. Supposedly on FedEx vehicle since 1/31/26, 20 miles away.
