Edit: New package Same Issue. LITERALLY WATCHED THEM DRIVE RIGHT BY. HELL IF THEY WOULD JUST THROW IT OUT AS THEY PASS BY I WOULDNT EVEN CARE. AT LEAST ID GET THE PACKAGE. FEDEX in Florence is AWFUL!! They refuse to deliver to my mom's house. I literally called multiple times to verify that a time sensitive package would be delivered and they assured everytime it would. On their tracking page is shows the driver on the map. Literally watched them drive right by. They never deliver. They all need to be fired and and new people need to be hired. #NeverGettingPackages DO NOT SELECT TO GET DELIVERIED FROM FEDEX IF IT GOES THRU FLORENCE.

Once again, another disappointment concerning a fed ex driver. He parked in front of my house while I was in the yard. I walked to the truck and could hear boxes being thrown around in the back. When that noise stopped, he sat back in his driver seat and drove off without even acknowledging my presence. Have had my packages delivered to wrong address multiple times. It’s ridiculous that the driver will not drive to the end of the dead end where my house is to deliverer so they deliver my packages to the wrong house every time. Slack!!
