Called for 1 hour at the gate to enter and pick up my package. 20 employees left. No one could pick up the phone inside.
Just like the others, I dread seeing FedEx delivery as the shipping option. There is only one driver that will actually deliver to our address. When its the others, they deliver it to my neighbors house, or find a reason to take it back to the facility. Our address is on the mailbox and our door. So its visible. 0 stars! I Hate when something is shipped FedEx! Package was supposed to be here yesterday. The driver said weather delay. There was definitely no weather delay. The sun was shining it was over 80 degrees. I could see on the FedEx delivery map she was close about 15 min dive away. I guess she just didn’t feel like going 15 min out her way. This is by far the worst delivery company I have experienced. My package is delayed TWICE with no explanation and no one to speak to about it. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. I have NEVER had this happen with UPS. I've received packages from them at late as 9:30 pm---they have always made sure I got my package! Highly dissatisfied with FedEx ground of FLORENCE, SC.
If I could give fedex ground a ZERO, I would but I have to put at least 1 star to be able to express my dissatisfaction with the current fedex delivery "service." When we had FedEx Express in our town, it was easy to connect with the actual drivers AND the LOCAL station. When the FedEx-Express drivers came, they were dressed professionally, they were courteous, packages arrived safely , and they were left in an inconspicuous place so we didnt have porch pirates seeing a package.
