First of all they claimed to have attempted to deliver a few times and all times I was at home. They eventually delivered 1 of 2 packages so I physically had to pick up the second one. Customer service was nice and checked for me and then gave me the address. I followed GPS. I was looking for normal car parking or where to go and pick up my package and this car speed up and cut my car off... practically almost hit the other car how badly I was cut off. During the day 3 adults are at home. Yesterday the gate to our driveway was open all day. My work-at-home desk looks out onto our driveway. We have 2 inside dogs that bark when anyone comes up the driveway. We have ring doorbell notifications. Yet FedEx said "tried to deliver/not home" for a package that required a signature. FedEx customer service said we could file a complaint but offered no other assistance. These drivers couldn’t care less about their jobs. My driver left his garbage on my driveway for me to pick up. The ring camera captures everything.
