So disappointed with FedEx. It's now been multiple times that they've left packages out on busy street, in less than great neighborhood, after our business hours. Constant lost packages, both in transit, or stolen. Absolutely non-existent customer support available, just endless loop Ai bots. There's a couple of nice drivers, otherwise terrible experience. We're moving our business away from ever using FedEx again.
shipping tube for anode rod was delivered this AM empty??. Were is my Anode rod ??. The taped end of the tube was busted out.
FedEx requires signatures for packages, yet also allows customers to update their delivery preferences online. I have explicitly updated my profile to allow packages to be left at my door because I am not home much due to a very busy work and personal schedule. Despite this, FedEx repeatedly ignores that setting and continues leaving “attempted delivery” notes instead. This has happened multiple times. FedEx experience. This is hands down the WORST and most FRUSTRATING experience I have ever had with a company. FedEx and specifically their customer service system is atrocious & deplorable!! A company I am working with scheduled a pick-up, the time window for pick-up came and went, I called the customer service using two different phones a total of 7 times.
