Driver came by…took picture of our door and left…..calls it can not deliver due to no one to sign…..absolute joke of a company
FedEx Ground in Belgrade Montana is a warehouse service facility that handles thousands of packages per day for valued FedEx customers. They perform at optimum levels and work tirelessly to ensure packages are handled with efficiency, care, and pride.
They couldn't deliver my package at home because they said "no one was home" even though I work from home. Then they called me saying I could pickup the package from the warehouse. Fine, I told them I would be there in 2 days (the day after next) and the person agreed that would be okay. I show up when I said I would and the package had been returned without even notifying me! Waste of time and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. ...I wish I remembered their names.
