On multiple occasions, I had to wait over a weekend because the store was locked and the driver couldn't transfer my package there for a while.
Garbage. Didn’t deliver BOTH boxes of my delivery even though BOTH arrived together at Richfield at the same time. Only one made it in the truck and now I’m being told I have to wait THREE days for the 2nd box when it was supposed to be here TODAY. Outsourced calls to out of country customer service centers and no direct line to the warehouse specifically. There is zero reason both packages shouldn’t have been together.
They don't actually deliver anything. They say they attempt deliveries.
Well …. Seems I’m just having the same issue as everyone else! SMH do better!!
