Drivers don’t stop at stop signs for highway traffic when they know they are slowing down and turning soon so then the vehicles they cut off have to slow down. I dread getting a package sent out via this company
Used the drop box at the entrance. It worked.
Orders a new phone. requires signature, stay home all day to pick up phone. truck never shows. they say I will have to wait tomorrow. imagine if I had to take unpaid time off to get this package? in my company, you are required 48 hours notice to take a day off. luckily I am taking Christmas week off call to try and get it scheduled too a pickup instead. the call center is closed for the day. FUNNY because the guy answering the phone is from some other country clearly. can't deliver. can't answer the phone without the dumbes... read more

A customer service representative from this location called me directly at 5:34 pm on 11/20/2025 to correct my "invalid address", where I had the street number of the apartment, but not my apartment number. The man was incredibly rude the entire call. He interrupted me multiple times when I tried to explain my frustration (I didn't understand why my address was invalid; FedEx has delivered here before, and we have a package room that is open for delivery drivers that doesn't require anything from them) and hung up on me half... read more
