Dropped off a pre labeled package, was quick.
Lazy delivery drivers
would leave 0 stars if it was allowed. the driver keeps delivering to the wrong location. It's been almost 6 months since we started our project in Willmar. I finally got them to deliver to the correct address for about a month and then they just did it again. I believe there are laws against delivering packages to the wrong address deliberately, I'll have to check into that. If you send anything to Willmar MN, you should use literally any other service other than FedEx Ground. This is the only service I've had these issues ... read more
While I am home, fedex claimed to come two days in a row but didnt buzz me innmy apartment so i coold collect the package. I demand compensation for my time as well as the drivers job! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!
