While I am home, fedex claimed to come two days in a row but didnt buzz me in my apartment so i could collect the package. I demand compensation for my time as well as the drivers job! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!! Update Jan 6, 2026: I have heard nothing and fedex hasnt responded to the review so I will be seeing if there is something I can do to get the energy I put into the days wasted at home returned to me. Anyone know of a good pro-bono attorney?

I can't believe FEDEX can remain in business with their lack of being able to deliver anything in their local area within a timely manner. My package has been at the local facility for 5 days now and now I'm told it maybe another 3 days. We are only 15 miles away. Absolute awful business practice!
FedEx from Wilmer was supposed to deliver one of my packages on December 6th. A few days later FedEx was supposed to deliver another package to me. It's now December 10th and both packages still have not arrived yet. I understand during Winter bad weather can happen, but other delivery services have delivered packages during those days without any problems. I'm getting frustrated with FedEx.
