ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! Always an excuse on why my package is late. Last 4 orders have been late or lost. Try to pick it up and they say its on a truck right now but not delivering today because of weather!! Its sunny out. Complete trash.
Horrible company. They delivered a package to the wrong address. I was provided a picture of where the paclage was dropped off and it is NOT my house! When I tried to make an online "Log in" account it states that it doesn't recognize my address. The phone system is all automated. If the issue I am currently having is not resolved asap I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the States Attorney Generals Office and any higher up agency that I can report FEDEX to. While I am home, fedex claimed to come two days in a row but didnt buzz me in my apartment so i could collect the package. I demand compensation for my time as well as the drivers job! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!! Update Jan 6, 2026: I have heard nothing and fedex hasnt responded to the review so I will be seeing if there is something I can do to get the energy I put into the days wasted at home returned to me. Anyone know of a good pro-bono attorney?
