Have called multiple times for them to STOP leaving my packages in my driveway and to leave on my front porch. They keep leaving them in my driveway or by the street in the dirt, mud, rain. Instructions are all over the box to Leave on front porch. I don't know if they can't read or just refuse too but I have a severe health issue and my husband works out of town so trying to drag packages to my porch is causing more unnecessary pain and health issues. I have lost over $600 in prescription meds because FedEx either failed to deliver or delivered to the wrong address. Would give 0 stars if possible.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!! Can't get anyone on the phone! PACKAGES, FILTHY WRONG ADDRESS OVER AND OVER HORRIBLE SERVICE! DRIVERS AND PACKAGES DAMAGED DIRTY COVERED IN DUST! EVEN DELIVERED MEDICATION LEFT AT A HOURSE GATE AT THE WRONG ADDRESS! DRIVERS DON'T EVEN HAVE A DOLLY FOR THE HEAVY STUFF THEY JUST DROP IT ON THE GROUND!

Always moving forward is their moto. They make this possible for never delivering the package! Our packages have been on the same delivery truck since Monday and still not delivered because the delivery driver has decided the package is too heavy for her to lift and would not knock on the door for help. She pulled all the way up to the house and then left! Hell I could pay a 16 year old kid to drive my package around for 5 days and never deliver it! FedEx sucks!
