So FedEx delivered a 50 inch TV and mounting bracket. They left it on top of the garage can laying down on it’s side, which you should never do, 75 feet from the porch (deck). When I called to file a complaint, I got someone from another country. When I asked for a rep from the United States, they didn’t understand English. the driver that supposed to deliver my packages has been lying saying he has been attempting to deliver it already twice. `terrible service
After waiting all Saturday for my package to be delivered of an essential car part required to operate my vehicle. The FedEx driver drove right past our property and marked "unable to deliver." The first rep I called said she would get me into contact with the driver so I could provide instructions to the property and where to drop off the package. They did not.
