Driver did not follow directions and did not call me to even attempt to leave my package. He just drove right past
The sky turns gray and they dont want to drive down my road saying it gets to bad. You call and they promise deliver by a representative but we are on day 4 of still no delivery. I dont understand how UPS and an ambulance can drive past my house but FedEx claims they cant make it to my house.
Fedex in Lufkin has to be the biggest joke ever. I placed a order several months ago and it said it was in lufkin at fedex and I never received my package. Never seems to fail packages show out for delivery but then they dont get delivered for whatever reason and they never seem to have a reason and on some days they will say a weather delay and it will be sunny and dry. Whenever possible avoid using FedEx ground. If I could give this company zero Stars I would recently had a package that I never received. Although after constantly checking tracking and it's saying my package was delayed and they had no update on the delivery date. A week later they lie and update tracking and say it was delivered A week prior November 29th (on a day that they already said it was delayed and they tried to deliver next business day )which was impossible because I sat on my porch all that day.
