Always moving forward is their moto. They make this possible for never delivering the package! Our packages have been on the same delivery truck since Monday and still not delivered because the delivery driver has decided the package is too heavy for her to lift and would not knock on the door for help. She pulled all the way up to the house and then left! Hell I could pay a 16 year old kid to drive my package around for 5 days and never deliver it! FedEx sucks!
4/5 shipments end up down the road from us. I don’t understand why this happens…there are 5 new homes here. sometimes the deliveries are actually made correctly but the last 3 have been down the road…and it’s not just my packages…it’s one of the other houses here gets messed up too. Every other delivery company gets it right, FedEx needs to get their stuff together! Complete joke of a company. They don’t even attempt to deliver your package, they just make a joke of an excuse of why it can’t be delivered. Most recently using “location security restrictions” when I don’t have any of that. I live on the main road with no gate/code. All other deliveries come with no problem except FedEx!
Waited for my package all day, watching the driver (Alejandro) on the map in the ap. He passed my house 3 times (i live in town). End of day, he parked for over an hour, just down the street, then my delivery date changed to tomorrow, and it said driver attempted delivery (packages diddnt have to be signed for). Looking at the other reviews, i can see this fedex is complete crap.
