Tobias does a phenomenal job delivering to us in Laramie- he keeps our family business running and will go the extra mile to get us packages if we need them. Please give this man a raise or something!
They have no clue what they are doing. You're package will be on the truck and out for delivery in the morning. And by lunch time your package is now in Denver and delayed. It seems like there is an internal competition to see who can be the most incapable useless waste of resources.
