As usual fedex is pathetic. If they don’t lose it you’re lucky
The site and the app both suck! I’ve tried NUMEROUS times to submit a Hold Request for packages that need to be signed for (at work during deliveries)… and I get NOWHERE!! The customer service number ain’t much help either!
