Not as easy to enter as the old FedeX location. It has more security and you can only bring pre packaged items with a prepaid air-bill with a bar code. But they are super friendly.

This delivery location does not care about the end customer, they don't answer the phone, they don't follow up, the delivery times are slower compared to UPS and USPS, simply take your money and deliver your package whenever they get around to it. Horrible service and an even worse customer experience. Avoid using Ground if you can.
