Hi security get in. Takes a while to get someone to open the door for you, they don’t give a receipt anymore, looks like a jail and it is very frustrating when you just want to mail a box.
Had a tv being delivered that needed a signature. It was attempted at 9:45am while we were at work. I contacted someone at FedEx customer service and was told I could pick it up after 5:30pm at my local fedex ground location. Everything I read suggested they close at 6:00, 10 minutes after I got out of work. I arrive at the facility around 6:02 and get buzzed in. I followed the customer entrance sign in. Not as easy to enter as the old FedeX location. It has more security and you can only bring pre packaged items with a prepaid air-bill with a bar code. But they are super friendly.
