If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My package required a direct signature, but my signature was forged by the driver and left in the mailbox. I wouldn’t have checked it because the mail isn’t running today. When I got a callback about the complaint I filed, the woman on the other end tried to downplay everything and only focus on the fact that it was technically delivered. If I had the ability to choose who delivers my stuff, I would IMMEDIATELY say no to this office. Terrible.
Drivers refused to attempt to deliver packages and put that they left door tag no tag was left and the person that answered phone don’t want to help says nothing they can do. Worst customer service ever
My packages are always delivered to the wrong address. Please inform your drivers to read the house numbers. They drop all our packages at the 1st house on the lane, right beside the house number. WRONG HOUSE NUMBER.
They suck so bad I don't even give a star.
