Packages continuously scanned, attempted receipt not available, when they aren’t actually attempting the delivery. Just holding them for another day. As a delivery driver for a different company I know first hand they just aren’t wanting to drive out and make the delivery.

One star because I can't give zero stars. They were 8 minutes from my house with 3 hours left of the delivery window and ended up driving back to the warehouse an hour away before a holiday weekend, putting my package days behind. You can't call the truck driver, the warehouse or any human at all. You can only talk to the virtual assistant and the automated services and they have no option to talk to a human or do anything helpful. They just tell you what you already can see on the website. So frustrated . Many times now my pakage had said out for delivery but never shows up usaily not a problem but this one had to be signed for. We was at home the whole day and put off all we had to do. Now they say it is back at the facility. Cant pre sign so no telling when i get my package .
