Grossly incompetent drivers. There are always issues with deliveries, from lost packages to delivering in a place packages will get rained on, even though I have a covered deck. This FedEx contractor doesn't care and needs to fold asap. Oh, if the mountain areas get so much as 2" of snow, don't expect deliveries for a week. I’ve had several packages go through Roswell before going to where I am and EVERY TIME, box gets delayed. Not just 1 day either, but 2 days of staying at their warehouse or whatever before shipping out. You would think that after 1 day of delay that the packages that didn’t go out the previous day should be prioritized on the next day so they actually get a delivered but this place apparently doesn’t care. But yeah 2 days of delays with Roswell, every time.
It's amazing to me that FedEx has so many low reviews and nobody reaches out to do anything about it. I placed an order that was supposed to be here on August 8th. I got a notice saying it was delayed until August 9th. On August 9th they said they attempted to deliver it which is crazy because I put in the delivery notes to leave it at my trailer.
