A great customer service lost a package they were able to locate the package and they were very helpful thank you Alejandra
Ups has no problems delivering packages, but fedex ground and express can"t seem to deliver packages. Then there is little to no customer service. I really wish fedex would close down so usps and UPS were the only services, because they can actually deliver.
FedEx ground, can't even make the package to the porch, just a few steps more, just toss it in the drive way by the garage where everyone driving by can see it.
