I got a package all the way from Pennsylvania,it went through Ohio, and Indiana gets to Lexington, KY I they lost my package, don't know what truck it's on ,this package was important, the driver wasn't helpful at all ,he said well maybe it's on another truck somewhere, he couldn't track it Have you try calling customer service lately, to get a human being, it took a hour and half, to get pass a hard of hearing ROBOT ,ITS A DISASTER. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN FROM AMAZON BAD.

FedEx has completely gone down hill. I am supposed to receive a delivery today and they need a signature. Naturally I missed it because I can't afford to take off work and wait a whole day for them to randomly show up. I called the main number trying to get my delivery held so I can simply come into their office and pick it up and sign for it. FedEx continually wants to leave packages at the mailbox street side or in the driveway near Garage instead of placing them on the porch where they belong and I have a package delivery box located. Often deliveries as late as 1030 at night and no knock or doorbell ring to let you know that the package has been left in the driveway. FedEx is the absolute worst company for shipping and from what I hear, this location is the one that sent out my package today. I have specific instructions on how to deliver it properly as I live in the middle town with a door code. These instructions however were ignored and my package was left outside on the sidewalk where people walk past all day.
