If I could give less than one star I would. Don't waste your time. Use UPS or DHL or the post office or a carrier pigeon or just go get it yourself. Been waiting on a package 3 days. There have been 2 "attempted deliveries" that customer service doesn't seem to have record of. Four different customer service agents have told us 3 different things, we've given invalid door tags, and told to go to pickup locations that aren't open to the public. Do yourself a favor, don't use FedEx, don't buy from anyone that ships via FedEx. ... read more
Dumb fedex driver leaves a package that wasnt ours at our house, my mother in law brought it inside not seeing a label just thinking someone ordered something. Next the dumb driver who misdelivered it called the police saying we wouldnt give it back even though he never once came back for said package and error wasnt discovered until 4 police officers confronted my 60 year old mother in law. Worst and most unprofessional company ever, all that needed to happen is the driver come back and collect the package he didnt couldnt ... read more
