FedEx has cost my workplace at least two business days of my labor due to a mishandled delivery containing mission-critical items. The delivery window and address was established well ahead of time, and yet the driver still managed to mishandle it due to pure laziness. I intentionally waited by the front door for said delivery, starting at 09:00 - they overblew their delivery window of 09:20-13:20, then by around 17:30 (eight and half hours of waiting later) they left a note on the wrong door in my complex saying they tried ... read more

If I could I'd leave a no star reveiw.. they didn't even deliver my packages to the right address and I'm not sure where they even went. IM Furious!!!!!

I recently visited this place with hopes of gaining information about a in transit package only to be told mixed information and given incomplete solutions as to what to do .extremely frustrating. They referred me to"pick up" my package from FedEx ground..... News flash...... YOU CAN'T

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst company I've ever had packages delivered from. Every time I have a package coming from this exact facility my packages get delayed. They really need to look into employing people that will actually get up and do their jobs.
