FedEx has completely gone down hill. I am supposed to receive a delivery today and they need a signature. Naturally I missed it because I can't afford to take off work and wait a whole day for them to randomly show up. I called the main number trying to get my delivery held so I can simply come into their office and pick it up and sign for it. FedEx continually wants to leave packages at the mailbox street side or in the driveway near Garage instead of placing them on the porch where they belong and I have a package delivery box located. Often deliveries as late as 1030 at night and no knock or doorbell ring to let you know that the package has been left in the driveway. They even have nerve to take a picture and say package was left at front door. Most FedEx drivers refused to deliver packages the way they should be very few of them do it the right way? FedEx is the absolute worst company for shipping and from what I hear, this location is the one that sent out my package today. I have specific instructions on how to deliver it properly as I live in the middle town with a door code. These instructions however were ignored and my package was left outside on the sidewalk where people walk past all day. If I could give less than one star I would. Don't waste your time. Use UPS or DHL or the post office or a carrier pigeon or just go get it yourself. Been waiting on a package 3 days. There have been 2 "attempted deliveries" that customer service doesn't seem to have record of. Four different customer service agents have told us 3 different things, we've given invalid door tags, and told to go to pickup locations that aren't open to the public. Do yourself a favor, don't use FedEx, don't buy from anyone that ships via FedEx. ... read more
