This has been hit and miss for FOUR years. After talking to a driver. It was good for months. Now, in ONE month, Fed Ex has not been able to deliver 6 deliveries to my house. They deliver 1/4 mile away to an obvious abandoned shack. Two of 6 misdelivered have been ruined in the rain. All 6 have Case numbers with promises this won't happen again. Did not deliver my package 3 days in a row. When I got on the online chat they ended the chat in the middle when I questioned them. Absolutely the worst possible service of any company I've ever dealt with.
My husband was at his desk today 4/30/26 til 1:07 went to pee then come back saw the FedEx truck leaving! At 1:52 l called and was told by the first manager that he is going to request re-delivery and able to track my package on your app but by 6:10pm still no delivery was told by the 2nd manager told me please to have FedEx til 8pm to deliver it!
