I have a pregnant fiancé that has been sleeping on couch with me for 2 days cause the mattress i ordered for a bigger bed got delayed 4 times by FedEx Schenectady NY location. Even after it was out for delivery and the driver named Lawrence was 4min from my house, was tracking truck when it got close enough. i got an update saying "did not attempt delivery" he went back to Schenectady location left my package at facility. How are they still in business?
Absolute garbage. Ups delivers the day after a snow storm and FedEx decides to say deliver could not be made for 3 consecutive days after. Then sends my package 100 miles away to be delivered on Friday. Useless, never use them if you have the choice.
