They have lost multiple of my packages now. They constantly deliver things to the wrong address. Customer service is not helpful and they just blame the product company for the mistakes they made. Absolutely no brain cells to be found in this company.

Package was loaded on truck in the morning then never delivered due to “weather Delays”. The following day the package is put on a truck then never delivered due to “weather delays”. Note both days were not bad weather and I’m 30 minutes away from the warehouse. I call and go through all these hoops to get someone on the line and they tell me “sorry it was delayed due to weather today”. So no help at all seeing that they are just reading the same thing I am. Package was supposed to be delivered 12/19, and was out for delivery for 4 days before being sent back to the shipper. After calling customer service twice, all I received were excuses and no actual assistance other than being told to "be patient". This is the second time FedEx has failed to deliver a package to my address without any attempt at communication. I'm extremely disappointed and will avoid FedEx at all costs moving forward.

Really great place to mail from. Cookie time again! Had to mail a couple of hundred cookies to Florida. I loved our teller, she was just awesome. Both of the women running this place were easy to deal with. A great experience....I'm sure I will be back. They put wolf road fed ex to shame. Go to this place!
