Twice now I’ve tried to get an iPad delivered from xfinity mobile through FedEx ground. Both times my package is signed for by some random person with the same last name to the wrong address. Xfinity thinks the package is delivered and it’s not. FedEx is no help in allowing me to change my delivery address or requesting it for a pickup because they clearly can’t pay attention to the address and notes for signatures.
