Customer service is bad
Awful ! FedEx did not scan my package...instead they send it to the FedEx hub causing my order to delay due to the package not scan in by the ground facility ! So they took my package back to FedEx ground ! I'm so angry !!!! Now my baby birthday stuff won't be here on time and I paired for fast shipment
This location is an absolute JOKE! I ordered a car part that was supposed to be here Friday. It never came. It was supposed to be here Saturday, guess what.... it never came. So I call up and the tell me that the address was wrong but proceeded to verify that the address was correct. Then they stated it was probably a lazy driver who just didn't want to deliver the package. (Yes they actually said that) then they stated it was put on the wrong route and assured us it would be delivered the next day. Guess what.... no package... read more
