Absolutely the most dishonest shipping company ever. They rescheduled my delivery because they attempted delivery at 1130am to my business and I was not there. My business opens at 11am EVERYDAY. By far the worst ever. Choose ups or if you are desperate, then choose usps.
By far the worst service of any shipping company I ever experienced. Two times in two days delivered to wrong house. Left it at door at wrong apartment on first day when,when signature was required. And delivered again with my son's Christmas gifts to the wrong apartment for second time the next day. LETTERS FOR BUILDING ARE DISPLAYED. so thanks for having a certified window licker for a driver. Smfh I would have give no stars. But that's not option
Arrived at ship center 10 mins before they closed and the door was locked. They lady was very rude and refused to wait on me.
The FedEx drive that delivers packages to my house. put the package in the drive way next to the main road where anyone could of got it and the email said he put it at the front door. Thank God the neighbor seen it and went and picked it up and brought it to me when I got of work.
