This place is terrible. My packages just sit for weeks then show up as "lost" in the system. It's not worth shipping with FedEx. Shut this place down!
My package was due to be delivered yesterday.. now that it's arrived at your New Berlin, WI location, I can rest assured that it will arrive well after the event I purchased it for! Thanks for all your NOT doing for customer satisfaction! Any other "trucking company", which is EXACTLY what you are, would be out of business for all the late deliveries! If you can't get the job done?? FEDEX should just close this facility and be done with it!

Packages are always late because they’re stuck here for days. My package was supposed to be here yesterday. It’s been at this facility since the 18th. It’s the 23rd.
They do not allow any conversation with a human. TERRIBLE customer service.
