Delays, stolen phone from inside of package, packages thrown from feet away. Customer service lies. Absolutely the worst delivery service. I avoid companies that ship with FedEx because I know there is a 25% chance it will be late, if it arrives. This is what you get when you don't pay your driver's and use third party contractors.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY WITH THE WORST LOOP!!!! Make sure not matter WHERE YOU ORDER FROM THEY DONT SHIP FEOM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY!!! I had to deal with them one other time and they are the absolute WORST. Furthermore, you can’t get anyone on the phone to save your life! I’d give a THOUSAND ZEROS IF I could!!!!!

I placed an order from Swanson Vitamins on April 25, it was sent Fed Ex and arrived at Fed Ex Smart Post in New Berlin very early morning May 2, where it has sat since with no updates available. All the tracking information says is that the shipment information was sent to the US Post Office. This is horrible service, doesn't make any sense at all. Very frustrating!!!

To give this place one star is too many stars. My package has been here for a week, with a delivery date being updated and pushed back each day. I could have driven the 10 hours there and back and gotten it 20 times faster.

My package has been sitting here for 2 weeks, USPS has never received the package for finaly delivery, someone from fedex probably stole it, since its a fishing pole in a fishing tube. Thieves, hope karma gets them! Its been 3 weeks now, the shipper should not be responsible for refund, fedex needs to take accountability and be the one to pay for the stolen packages that their employee steals.
