I placed an order from Swanson Vitamins on April 25, it was sent Fed Ex and arrived at Fed Ex Smart Post in New Berlin very early morning May 2, where it has sat since with no updates available. All the tracking information says is that the shipment information was sent to the US Post Office. This is horrible service, doesn't make any sense at all. Very frustrating!!!
To give this place one star is too many stars. My package has been here for a week, with a delivery date being updated and pushed back each day. I could have driven the 10 hours there and back and gotten it 20 times faster.
My package has been sitting here for 2 weeks, USPS has never received the package for finaly delivery, someone from fedex probably stole it, since its a fishing pole in a fishing tube. Thieves, hope karma gets them! Its been 3 weeks now, the shipper should not be responsible for refund, fedex needs to take accountability and be the one to pay for the stolen packages that their employee steals.
Count your days Fedex! Be careful if your items get shipped here, they will steal your package and say that it's lost. How do you lose an 8ft rod tube. Most likely one of the workers stole my 329.99 fishing rod, I will be looking to see if the culprit tries to sell it on FB marketplace or Craigslist. It's been 21 days since it arrived there. Workers need to be held accountable!!
