This is the worst delivery company. I will never use them and if I buy anything I ask who they use for delivery. If it is FedEx in Lewiston ID, I will ask them to change or provide my UPS account. I had a package being delivered to me last Friday. No service tag was left. No email or any other contact was attempted. I called FedEx customer service. 5 stars to driver and delivery. He was very helpful with my heavy package. We managed to wheel it into the house. 1 star to 800 customer service. The automated AI hung up on me numerous times - as there was "no more information" they could give me. No matter how many times I repeated "representative".

I would give them negative zero if i could, supposed to be here today but it's trying to send my Halloween costumes to some where else. I just don't understand how fed ex can be so bad at it's job.

Watched them drive by and now it says I'm not getting my package today. What's the point of paying for 2 shipping if you guys just ignore. Worse shipping company by far.

Fed ex has long had the absolute worst possible service. They delayed my package at least five times, and wouldn't let me schedule a delivery. It's ridiculous. USPS And UPS are the ways to go. Don't use fed ex. To say fed ex as a company sucks would be a crime for how understated that is.
