I paid $15 for 2 day express, order placed on Thursday, fed ex received package and shipped from California on Friday at 6 am. My pkg arrived at my local facility at 8am Mon. The tracking said to be delivered before noon Monday. Monday at 12:48 tracking said delivery attempt made, 12:49 pkg back at facility. They did not attempt delivery. Someone forgot to load my pkg. I called and was told that it wasn't supposed to be delivered on Monday anyway. Why pay for 2 day when it takes 4 days? I am really upset and want my $$ back!... read more

Drivers don't cant even wait 10seconds for people to walk down stairs to sign for package. Come up, don't even knock hit doorbell that says broken, put note on door and immediately leave all within 5seconds making it impossible to accept a package that needs a signature unless your literally standing and waiting at the entrance for them. Better take the whole day off and stand by the door for hours if your expecting a package because there drivers don't care at all about giving you your package, just how they can skip steps ... read more

This is the worst delivery company. I will never use them and if I buy anything I ask who they use for delivery. If it is FedEx in Lewiston ID, I will ask them to change or provide my UPS account. I had a package being delivered to me last Friday. No service tag was left. No email or any other contact was attempted. I called FedEx customer service. 5 stars to driver and delivery. He was very helpful with my heavy package. We managed to wheel it into the house. 1 star to 800 customer service. The automated AI hung up on me numerous times - as there was "no more information" they could give me. No matter how many times I repeated "representative".

I would give them negative zero if i could, supposed to be here today but it's trying to send my Halloween costumes to some where else. I just don't understand how fed ex can be so bad at it's job.
