I am at Kasier Permanente in salem oregon on Lancaster. An elderly woman using a cane was walking in. The delivery person apparently could not wait for her to walk two more steps and be through the door. Instead he passed her causing her to have to stop and wait on him. Ridiculous

these jokers had me waiting all day for a package that was never delivered. use UPS or USPS because fedex is lazy and you cant get a real person on the phone.
