I wrote out a lot then realized its already mentioned here in other reviews. Worst carrier in existence.
Two days in a row my package has not arrived. Both times stated it was out for delivery. How they aren’t able to make the delivery when they are located less than 30 minutes from the delivery address boggles my mind. This is extremely poor service.

Long story short, packages delivered directly in front of garage door, damaged 3x's. Called, supervisor requested set up location delivery I did. Driver retaliated and is holding 6 packages for a week and continually pushes them saying attempted delivery. How can you attempt delivery, do a drive by and see no house...you put the packages in front of the door and leave he never attempted delivery!
