I drive for Freight as a Road driver and visit the location a lot.
Picked up my package on a Saturday. Call the number, they come out and verify your ID, and give you the package. Easy.
Package delivered to my address by mistake. Have called customer service every other day for over a week. Promises to pick up that evening or next morning. Still here after more than a week. Will never use FedEx if I have a choice.
