Very disappointed with the FedEx linehaul team. The people there are extremely rude and unprofessional — they don’t know how to talk to drivers and show no respect. Communication is terrible, and instead of helping, they make things harder for everyone. FedEx really needs to train their linehaul staff better because this kind of behavior gives the company a bad name. Definitely a -5 star experience.
Had package stolen by FedEx employee and was being sold on eBay over two weeks ago and FedEx has done nothing to resolve it and won't contact me after 10 calls to FedEx
Do they really expect me to be home from 9am-8pm and then try and deliver when the wife is picking up the kids from school. Driver tried delivering 3 times at the same time. Needless to say I had to go and pick it up myself. On top of that driver told me on the Ring camera he would come back, never did.
