Delivered my package to my neighbors house TWICE. Took them a few days to even tell me that they delivered it wrong.
Very intelligent driver who is supposed to pick up a package decided to pick up the first package he sees in front of my door. The decision to take the first package he sees without confirming if the package is the correct one is extremely brave and thoughtful. My package is still “in Transit” I never had an ETA issue until FedEx took possession of my package. What slow and incompetent people that are incharge. What slow and inconsistent shipping service.
