There's no main entrance, you have to ring an intercom and they talk to you at the gate
This place is a joke,they've had my package for three days and will not deliver it
3 packages in 2 months delivered to two separate wrong addresses in my apartment complex. Literally drive 50 feet more and find the right building. The 1st package was left on the door step of a neighbor who works for fedex and held the package in his apartment for a whole month before bringing it to my door. If I could give you a negative star rating I would.
Me and my neighbors have had so many issues with this company delivering packages the last few years but this week is by far the worst. I have one that was stuck in NC for a week and now it's been stuck in GA for a week, no idea when it will finally arrive here in AL. Two more that were originally on the truck to be delivered Monday and Tuesday but keep updating that no attempt was made at delivery and will be pushed back to the next day (it is now Thursday).
