I was home waiting for a delivery. The driver s aid ge atyempted to make a deliver at 2:05 pm. When I looked at my phone at 2:08. Never got a call, doorbell was never tried. Just 2 missed delivery stickers on the door with no writing on eithet of them. So i have to compare order numbers to find mine. The FedEx delivery driver stole my package with a very expensive item in it. What a disgrace.
I wanted to shout out to Jeff Favati for being awesome and staying late to get me my work laptop the night before my first day at work. I missed a delivery to my home address, and was worried I wouldn't get it in time. I gave this location a call, Jeff picked up, and stayed a bit late to get me my laptop. Thanks again Jeff, you are much appreciated!
Went to a FedEx location with an overweight return item. They said to heavy and gave me the address for a different location. There are no phone numbers to contact and confirm. Only number provided is 800 number, which is AI and won't connect you our with a live agent to get help.
I am extremely frustrated with my recent delivery experience. My package required a signature, and for four consecutive days I stayed home waiting for delivery. Each day, the driver claimed that no one was home, which is simply not true. I wasted my entire four-day weekend waiting for a delivery that never actually occurred.
