Absolutely the worst. They just toss my package somewhere random and different each time, never at my house. Their support are jerks who just act like you're being ridiculous by expecting your package to be delivered to you, instead of some random neighbor.
FedEx ground, Door tags two days in a row, when I put in my DT# it says ready for pickup but no address of where it’s ready for pickup.
If I could I would give no stars. Their driver is lazy and a liar. I made sure that someone was home all day today, because I was supposed to get my package. And then I get a notification: no one was home. Are you serious? I have a doorbell camera, no one even came to the door! This is unacceptable! For how much Fedex is charging for delivery, this should not happen. And now my package is on hold, I have to waste my time and energy to fix it. Terrible company to work with!
