The driver marked my package as delivered but tried to take it with him. Only thing that stopped this young black guy with a beard was the fact my husband caught him. This is just trifling and wrong. Not to mention fraudulent.

Update, Fedex will not process a claim for me because the shipper agreed to not file claims against them. Shipper sent a replacement package that has now been at the Kernersville hub for 2 days. Absolutely atrocious business. The worst Fedex hub in the US, lost packages almost weekly now with 0 communication or resolutions. DO NOT use Fedex, they will mishandle and/or lose whatever they are transporting for you.
Package sent from Washington state 8/ 30 to bethania nc post office, still hasn't arrived as of 9/22, has been held at kernersville hub for weeks. Everything on the package is correct, not sure what to do at this point.
