Had a package shipped out of greensboro. The tracking has completely halted for 3 days saying it arrived at the Kernersville facility. After reading the reviews I'm understanding why.
My package has been sitting this location for more than a week and still not moving to California, even the Home Delivery should be 1-5 business days including weekends. I contacted FedEx for an update and they said that this hub did not even answer their phone calls when they attempted to reach out.
