Genuinely HOW is this hub still open?? Clearly there’s a HUGE problem here. I have a few packages stuck here, the oldest has been there since the 29th of January, and they just say to call the shipper. They didn’t lose my package, YOU DID. So my options are to NOT get my items and get a refund OR they will reship and it will end up going to the same SHITTY facility thats extremely backed up and losing package after package. Close this place.
My package has been sitting there since the 2nd. I only have 30 days to return if needed but by the time I get it I’ll have less than two weeks. I understand not delivering because of the snow but the snow is gone. I have another package that has been sitting there since the 6th. This is getting ridiculous
They constantly push back the delivery date saying that they have "no estimated delivery date", yet somehow the seller has this info. I have read from forums online that suggest it's a deliberate attempt to "quell" customers and now I am inclined to believe them. My package has been sitting 20 minutes away from me for 3 days and they won't let me pick it up because they haven't "processed" it yet. MARKED 1/2 OF MY ORDER AS DELIVERED WHEN IT HAS BEEN SITTING SINCE FEB 3RD. NO PROOF OF DELIVERY HAVE BEEN IN & OUTSIDE OF MY VARIOUS TIMES THIS MORNING.
The Kernersville location has to be the most inefficient. Packages that flow through that facility are always delayed. I have one sitting there accord to FredEx tracking going on 6 days
