This is the absolute worst shipping company! I’ve been waiting on a package that said it would be delivered yesterday, got “delayed” showed out for delivery today and now it says it wasn’t shipped when expected and they are working hard to get me a new delivery date.
If your package is going here mine as well cancel it. May or may not arrive and it will be damaged. Amazon is the way.
Tracked my package to these folks where it hasn’t moved for five days…..note made that package label is unreadable. So, how does this happen and why can they not call the seller to get info? Sounds bogus. They don’t have a good reputation for a reason. I suggest you avoid this facility as much as possible .
District Manager, Supervisor need's to follow up with the driver's on supposedly delivering of packages......I was expecting a package and on 2 occasions the FedEx driver indicated that they attempted to deliver my package, when in fact it was not true, I was present in my residence looking out the windows when I was able to identified the Fed Ex truck just drive by my home and did not stop to deliver my package...I immediately took a photograph Pic of the FedEx truck driver drive by and 44 mins later they stated they attemp... read more
